Recorded over the past two years through free after-school music sessions in Rotherham. Each week we worked with different artists including:
Modern Institute, Gavsborg, Lord Spike Heart, RP Boo, YPY, Beatrice Dillon, Elvin Brandhi, Bianca Scout, Will Guthrie, Jan Hendrickse, Cara Tolmie & DJ Sprinkles.
Electronic Music Club is run as a non-profit project, with all proceeds being used by the kids to go on a trip together.

Rian Treanor with Rotherham Sight & Sound

In 2022, as part of a two-year residency with Site Gallery and Bloc Projects in Sheffield, Rian started working with Rotherham Sight & Sound (RSS) — a service for Blind and Visually Impaired people — where he was introduced to Kate, Anne and Mick. Over the following two years the group met regularly, where they would experiment and explore bespoke music systems.
Alongside technical systems, different group actions and behaviours were explored, leading to performances at Site gallery (Sheffield) and Cafe Oto (London) in 2024. This record contains excerpts of the development sessions and the systems used in the performances.
